A. NATIONAL PAINTING COMPETITION
Painting Competitions are organized by the State Council for children in the age group of 5-8, 9-12 and 13-16 years. In these competitions children with Spastic/Multiple Disability, Mentally Challenged, Visually Impaired and Speech/Hearing Impaired participate. The best 25 paintings from each group are selected at State level for onward submission to Indian Council for Child Welfare for final selection for National Painting Competition Award. The State Council also gives prizes on the Children’s Day to children whose paintings are selected at State level.
B. STATE LEVEL CHILDREN’S DAY CELEBRATION AND COMPETITIONS
State Council in order to provide platform to children for participation at State Level organizes various completion of essay writing, solo dance, rangoli, poster making, group dance, Mono acting, quiz, clay modelling, best out of waste material, sketching on the spot, declamation contest, poem recitation & solo song at various places all over Haryana through District branches. The children who stands 1st , 2nd and 3rd in District level competitions are given opportunity in participating for the State level competitions. The winners of these competitions are awarded prizes by His Excellency, the Governor-President on Children Day.
